How to Activate Office 2021 Professional Plus - Online Activation

If you receive an error message during online activation, please take a screenshot and contact our support team for assistance.
Step 1: Download Office 2021
Step 2: Open File Downloaded and click on Setup.exe

After downloading, open the file and run Setup.exe to begin installation.
Step 3: Wait for Installation to Complete

The installation process takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Step 4: Open an Office Application

Go to the search bar on Windows and open Word, Excel, or any other Office application.
Step 5: Enter Your Product Key

Enter the product key you received via email.
Step 6: Select Activation Method

If this screen appears, select "I will activate the software over the Internet".
Step 7: Activation Complete or Troubleshooting

Office 2021 is successfully activated!

If you see this error, click back and select "I will activate the software over the telephone"

Select "I want to activate the software by Telephone" and click Next

Send us your Installation ID using the form below. You can either copy the text or take a screenshot.
Troubleshooting Common Activation Issues:
Error: "The product key you entered isn't valid"
Solution: Double-check that you've entered the product key correctly. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the key, and that you've used the correct format (5 groups of 5 characters).
Error: "We're sorry, something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now"
Solution: This is usually a temporary server issue. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again. If the problem persists, try using our Phone Activation method instead.
Error: "This product key has been blocked"
Solution: If you see this message, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and a screenshot of the error. We'll provide you with a replacement key.

IMPORTANT: Send Us Your Installation ID
If you see the activation error, please submit your Installation ID using this form to receive your Confirmation ID.
After submitting your Installation ID, our team will generate a Confirmation ID for you and send it to your email address. You'll typically receive a response within 1-24 hours.
