Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. We offer limited refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Valid Refund Reasons

  • Undelivered license key (24+ hours after purchase)
  • Defective/non-working product key
  • Duplicate purchase (identical product within 24 hours)
  • Unauthorized transaction (verified fraud)

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Successful license activation
  • Change of mind/buyer's remorse
  • Incompatibility with user's system
  • Expired product keys

Refund Process

Step 1: Initial Contact

  • Email support@bigkey.org within 14 days
  • Include purchase receipt
  • Describe issue in detail

Step 2: Verification

  • Provide activation attempt evidence
  • Submit error screenshots
  • Microsoft support case number

Step 3: Resolution

  • Replacement key issued
  • Or PayPal refund processed
  • 5-10 business days processing

Note: Refund requests may take 3-5 business days to investigate

PayPal Transactions

  • All refunds processed through original payment method
  • PayPal fees non-refundable
  • Currency conversion differences not refunded
  • Chargebacks will result in permanent account ban

Special Circumstances

Common Questions

Q: I activated the wrong product

Contact Microsoft Support immediately. We cannot refund activated keys, but may offer discounted replacement at our discretion.

Q: My payment went through twice

Email us with both transaction IDs for immediate duplicate charge refund. Must be reported within 24 hours.

Legal Compliance

  • EU customers: 14-day cooling off period for undelivered products
  • Australian customers: Subject to ACL non-excludable guarantees
  • California residents: See CCPA rights in Privacy Policy
Important: We will never ask you to disclose your Microsoft account password or license key via email. Report suspicious requests to support@bigkey.org.
